Hi DEC Expects,
       I am anand from India. I have a doubt in Open VMS DCL Commands
The PHONE command we are using for chatting right?
As of now, we do not have any facility to log the conversation that 
happens. So I am thinking of writing a utility to store the chat 
messages. But I am not able to approach this in right perspective.
Can you please guide me ?
