  I would ATTACH the Image database(s) to an ALLBASE environment.
  I would then use ALLBASE's SQLGEN or QSHOW to generate the database
  schema.

  Are sort items or extended sort items being used in IMAGE?

  If you probably want to make

    SEARCH item , SORT item , {extended SORT items },
    { extended SORT item } , ...
      index segments in the relational database.

   You probably want to get rid of the table definitions
   and the index definitions associated  your automatic  masters.

   Automatic masters are sometimes used QUIZ and QTP.

   Access Automatic_master link to detail_set
   Sorted on search_item on sort_item on extended_item1 ...
