Weird PH 830d error message

Actually, the first part of the message is a PH message.  It is an assertion
failure showing where in the code it fails because something that is coming
in is not what it should be. Are you in a normal interactive session, or are
you in a DCL scripted session?  The last error I've not seen before and I'm
not sure if it's coming from PH or from something that PH is run from.
Usually I think the PH messages would end with the ABORT one.  If you can
keep an eye on what you are doing when this happens and get it to a
reproducable state you should log a bug.

This is a native connect - just navigating around a set of PH screens and
entering/viewing data.  It doesn't happen all the time either, just most of
the time.

It's not a PH error.  It looks like an error pertaining to permissions on an
Rdb object.  Do you connect with Rdb using a natively or via ODBC?
 
What is the program doing when you get this error?
