The global default is to use a period as the decimal character and a comma
to separate thousands. If you change the DECIMAL option in SYSTEM OPTIONS in
the dictionary to a comma, then a space will be used as the default
thousands separator. These are the two global options. Otherwise you'll have
to change the picture at the element or usage level.

PH on HP-UX displays all ZONED UNSIGNED or NUMERIC values with comma
separated for every 1000. I mean the value 9999999 displayed 9,999,999.
Could anyone help me how I can turn this off globally.
