Why I can't find information about PH on the web ?

We have this book, also.  I don't recommend it as being very helpful, though.  

If you are a Cognos "supported customer", there is plenty of PH information when you sign in to that section of their web site.

I don't find this book listed on the web for sale anywhere.  
We have a copy of it, but have a new user that may need to use it,
so we need to keep our copy of it.
