PowerHouse in the next 3 years?

I believe that the PH Web was a freebee for us as a marketing plan by Cognos
as we have a fairly big system.  Other than that, I'm not privy to the
decision as to why it cost us nothing...

Tell me more about FREE Powerhouse Web.
Last time I looked this was serious money, and I could find no way to 
justify it over the free/cheap alternatives. If it's free, or even close 
to free, then PH has a longer term future.
