Request for Powerhouse CD

Sounds like a Marketing thing. Since you are already
licensed, the liability remains intact for that
license. They could send you truckloads of CD's as
part of ongoing support, since it is not a sale.
Merely, required maintenance and support. Otherwise,
you'll have to spend money.
