Powerhouse for PC/Dos

PowerHouse PC is no longer available. PowerHouse is currently available for
Windows NT/2000/XP but does not have QUICK. QUICK on NT/2000/XP will be
available with the upcoming 8.41 release in a few months. Even though it's
for Windows, PowerHouse runs in a command window.
