You should have received the new features book with PH. That has a chapter
on PH on NT/2000/XP. PH on NT/2000/XP is basically the same as PH on UNIX.
The differences are highlighted in that new features book. I also wrote an
article in SupportLink about QUICK on NT/2000/XP.
I do not believe that PH can access MS Access through ODBC. Not sure why off
the top, but we've had no luck and it's not a priority to make it work.
However, SQL Server 2000 works very well (I use that as my demo database).
If you've licensed DISAM, you have an indexed file system. Also, we have
native DB2, Oracle and Sybase access. As to what else works with ODBC,
you'll have to try it. We support ODBC, but can't guarantee all ODBC
drivers.

Subject: PH 8.41c on Windows NT
Hi
Just got a copy, I have imported a dictionary, created a few files etc
But now I would like to know what type of DBMS can be accessed thru ODBC.
Can you access MS access files? If so, how?
Does anybody have a doco for using PH on windows?
Many Thanks
Jeff
