I'm sorry, the correct script is:

SETVAR ESC CHR(27)
ECHO !Esc&oFPRINT SCREEN(0,0,23,79)

and the screen command sintax is: 
SCREEN(<startrow>,<startcol>,[<endrow>,]<endcol>)
