Error portion on subfile

Are both the dictionary & data portion OK ?
Are they permanent or temporary ?
I'm not aware of any date-related issues due now: there was 1-Jan-2000 of
course, and sometime in 1997, and sometime in 2037, but no others I'm aware
of (until 1-Jan-10000).
You don't give PH, OS, or any other details, so it's difficult to be more
helpful.
