Error portion on subfile

Hi there, can somebody help me with a query.

I have a report running that creates 2 subfiles.

It has been working for 4 years, but on 26th Dec it stopped with the following
error:

*E* File error on data portion of subfile.

Can anyone give me advice as to what I can do.
