Quick error - What does it mean

Our resident Quick guru is not available this week. We
are having an intermittent problem with a Quick screen
and would like to determine the cause.

We are on an HP e3000. MPE/ix RELEASE: C.60.00. Our
Quick version is: Q U I C K   (PowerHouse  8.19.C2).

I am not sure what is useful information so I will
give you the print out from the screen.

*Fatal Error* *1504* Notify Cognos Customer Support

We do not have Cognos support for this system. This is
not a new program. It has been in use for over 2
years.
