Hp, Image DB to Pdl?

Environment: Hp3000
Question?
I recall a utility that could read an image root file {dbname@} and generate
a QDD Dictionary.
In the past I had used Architect to convert Qdd to Pdl.
Doing a listf I think QDDtoPDL still exists.
But, is there a current utility to generate a basic Qdd/Pdl dictionary from
an Image root file?
