Hey, I feel your pain!  We looked at getting PowerHouse for our AS/400, but
the cost of that tiered licensing is outrageous - and for a product that's
stuck back on version 6!  Cognos can't possibly be selling many licenses for
AS/400's at that price - virtually none I'd wager.  They could drop the
price 90% and maybe actually make some money.
