Image to Pdl?

ITOP (IMAGE to PDL) was an addition to PowerHouse 8.39. All supported
customers should have received this version automatically. The QDDTOPDL
utility is still shipped with 8.39 for those customers still using QDD and
older versions of PowerHouse. There is no reason to upgrade to intermediate
versions from an older version, you can go straight to 8.39. QDDTOPDL was
shipped with versions 7.29 and up.

Does the utility {ITOPDL} only exist under Version 8.39? I think I read that
before on the list.
The very old {ITOQ} Image to Qdd utility used to be a part of Qutil I think,
which would be handy as we still have QDDTOPDL.

This shouldn't be hard, should it?

I need to "map" an Image DB from STRSoftwares' Pos3000 product {POSDB} to
effect some external Polling Window adjustments which are not supported in
the Product.
