Maximum limits

Interesting, no one's asked about this. We checked the code and the only
limit that we can see is the entity id which is defined as an int in C. I
expect that means the maximum is 2,147,483,647. Now I don't know whether we
distinguish between files, elements, and records for these IDs, but somehow
I suspect that the limit is safe. So that's the "limit" in PDL for defining
entities. The limits in QUICK, QUIZ, and QTP should all be in the books and
are significantly lower due to table structures.
