HPe3000: > 199 datasets

PowerHouse 8.19 and 8.39 should have no problems processing IMAGE databases
with the new limits today. QUTIL can't create IMAGE databases with these new
limits yet. In the next version, 8.49, QUTIL will be able to create
databases with the new limits.

HPe3000; PowerHouse 8.19C

MPE/iX 6.5 Express 2 provided Expanded Limits for TurboImage, including:

   An increase of datasets per data base from 199 to 240
   An increase of the number of items per data base from 1023 to 1200
   An increase of the number of paths for a master from 16 to 64

The question is whether PowerHouse 8.19C can handle these limits,
especially the new dataset limit. (If not, what about 8.39?)
