Is powerhouse dead?

I would like to steer clear of ODBC, Windows etc. for a production system.
I do think DB2 is a very elegant database, and IBM is going with Linux in a big way.

Are you asking if PowerHouse on another platform with work with DB2 on an
AS/400 or with DB2 on a non-AS/400 platform?

I used PowerHouse Web (Windows NT) quite successfully attaching to DB2 on a
remote (2,000km away) AS/400 via an ODBC driver. The ODBC driver 'killed'
performance for others on the AS/400 though but it was a small machine.

Does Powerhouse support DB2 on any platform other than AS/400, or will it ?
