Can anybody show me an example of a Powerhouse dictionary for Oracle?

I am using

DATABASE OEMREP&
  TYPE ORACLE &
  OPEN ORACLE@system@oemrep/pwd &
  OWNER oracle &
  NULL VALUES ALLOWED

The owner is an OS(HP-UX) username that was used to install Oracle.

The tnsname tests successfully in the net manager.
I can also connect to it through jsp.

Is there a way to check whether Oracle support is enabled in Powerhouse,
and if not, does Powerhouse have to be reinstalled completely?
Are there any other snags as far as Powerhouse and Oracle is concerned that
I need to be aware of?
