Returning to Action BAR

Hi all. This is a question regarding navigation on a Compaq box using True
64.  
While in a data field or menu bar, on HP systems the F1 and B takes you
directly to the Powerhouse screen to use the actionbar. Do you know how to
do the same thing using the Compaq box?
