PowerHouse with UNIX

We have used the UNIX "at" command for about 9 years in an AIX environment.
It works fine, but you don't get all the nice features a "true" batch system
gives.  We did write a few shell scripts to help display what is running and
what has completed, but they are rather crude.

HP9000.

What do you use for scheduling jobs on the UNIX machine other than Cron and
are you happy with it's capabilities?
