Upgrade questions

It was called CDD, and was sold off along with Rdb, which it was based on.
We gave up on it at that point, and have been happily using DEC's freeware
product ever since (SDL) - covers all the same languages, and has a
documented interface for extending it to more (I added DECforms ifdl).

CDD was always an awful product - an unbelievable demonstration of how bad a
database can be - with just a few hundred items in the db, operations could
take minutes - I presumed it was a tuning problem, but I never really knew -
we didn't have the rdb skills or licences, so just had to use it out of the
box.
