G'day Bob

I think the original poster meant a version of PowerHouse that was
conceptually similar to .NET.  That is a flexible, object driven tool set
available at relatively low cost, easy to use, and supports plenty of third
party plug ins.  The idea is that PowerHouse is currently too bogged down in
being a procedure driven language to be flexible enough for most people's
programming needs.  It's also regarded as too expensive for individual
programmers to obtain and "play" with to become intimate with the tool.

Don't tell me you want to code PowerHouse pages in VB or C#.

Maybe we should stop selling PowerHouse Web and start selling PSP -
PowerHouse Server Pages.

Actually Bob, the .Net framework is free for anyone who has Windows. If
you want to program in ASP.NET, you can download the .NET framework,
program your ASP pages in VB.NET or C#.NET using notepad or any other
editor you choose, compile using the included command line compiler and
deploy your application on any machine with the .NET framework using
XCOPY.

If you want visual tools you can buy VB.NET or VS.NET. But you don't
have to.
