OpenMPE Board of Directors Popular Vote

	The initial members of the OpenMPE corporation will be selected by a
popular vote starting at 7:00 AM (EST) Monday, January 7th, 2002 and ending
48 hours later.  The rules of voting are listed at the top of the ballot.
The OpenMPE company is intended to be a company owned and operated by its
employees, end-users of the MPE operating system, and vendors that have
applications, utilities, or support functions that depend on the MPE/iX
operating system.  If you company falls into any of these categories then
it's vote should be heard.
