Hi again,

I really respect the high level quality of the technical discussions on this

This is a shorter term assignment.

Mandatory Skills
- Advanced skills and experience in developing datamarts and reports using
both Cognos LAN and Cognos web tools, specifically Powerplay and Impromptu
with emphasis on the web products.
- Proficient utilizing SQL Server 7.0 databases in a Windows 2000
environment.
- Experience developing and maintaining datamarts hosted by IIS, and
accessed through the Cognos Upfront portal.

Secondary Skills
- Prefers an individual with a financial background and indepth
understanding of financial reporting.

Duties:
This individual will work as part of a team, but will have primary
responsibility for datamart development and Cognos product support. In
addition, this person will work directly with end users to design financial
reports from a SQL database, and provide datamart accessibility through a
web interface.


Comments:
Starting date: First week of February 2002
Project duration: 3 months, possible extension
Pay rate: open
