Data Access Errors continue!

Hi all - I got some good suggestions last week on my problem trying to
standardize my part numbers. I'm creating subfiles for all of my detail
datasets and master set, doing my conversions, sorting to remove duplicates,
cleaned out the datasets using the purge option in DBGeneral (4.4), even
re-indexed my keys with Omnidex, but when I use QTP to start reloading data,
I still get a data access error on my master set (the first set I am
reloading):
