Error Message

I have a screen with a designer.  The designer loads
data from tables in a staging area to a permanent area.
 Two underlying ghost screens do the copying within the
designer.  Onother screen for validation.  

I hit an error that isn't any kind of showstopper or
anything.  You do it a secound time and it works fine. 
Odds you'd get that error are probably 1 in 10000.  I
run into "Error encountered. Data has been rolled back
to a stable state." very rarly.   So rarely that
isolating the actual point at which the error message
is envoked is difficult.  I actually set the all the
data back to the original way it was reexecuted it
numerous times without error.

Is there a typical scenario that causes this exact
error message to show in Quick?? (Error encountered.
Data has been rolled back to a stable state). This
would help to better isolete the level of the error.
