Hi All

I just want to publicly thank Bob Deskin and his team for their excellent and prompt assistance over the last couple of weeks.  

We are about to undergo a major hardware/OS/DBMS upgrade and had LOTS of question marks being raised.  Bob and his team have managed to put all of our fears and concerns to rest, and their assistance is greatly appreciated.  Also appreciated were their daily updates, we always knew what was going on and where their testing was up to.

I know that we all have our grizzles and moans about Cognos from time to time, but in this instance, I couldn't have asked for better service.
