QKGO: Screen level parameter

Presumably you're doing something that iterates subscreen calls or allowing
the user to do the same. There's a SCREENLEVEL function that you can test
and issue a message telling them they can't go any further.

The users are reporting the *D* screen level overflow. The QKGO is already
set to 15, the allowable maximum. Other than telling users "don't do that"
is there any other suggestion?
