Powerhouse 7.10/8.30 VMS upgrade (survey results - sort of)

It's winter here, and we're still working.
We are looking at upgrading to 8.30, but we need to be able to convince
management that it's something that MUST be done, and that there will be no
negative impacts to the services we provide. Although we haven't
contributed to the discussion, we've been watching this subject with
interest.
Our hardware and O/S is being upgraded at the same time, so we're possibly
looking at ES45 processors running VMS 7.3.
