The Quick screen update transaction doesn't seem to have committed.  Are you
using a RDBMS or RMS files?  If the former is it Oracle Rdb, Oracle or what?

If Oracle Rdb then you might try doing a COMMIT on the transaction prior to
the RUN COMMAND for QTP.  You might even try using a customer TRANSACTION on
the file/table.

We are using Powerhouse 8.30Z1 (Because of Powerhouse WEB) on Open VMS 7.3

On our other alpha with Powerhouse 7.1E and OpenVms 6.2 we never had this
message.

Any suggestions?
