Upgrade to 8.39 and PowerHouse Architect support

You could move your phd maintenance into Axiant, it's slightly easier and
much quicker !!. It's also a simple task to import your pdl source. There's
only one problem, when compiling, it doesn't like indexes with sort items,
once this bug is fixed, we will moving to this.
