I take it you mean you have separate program folders (modules) within one
application. If so, you can easily select all programs and build using the
same build profile. Therefore you could define many build profiles and build
each folder using a different build profile. If you want to go down this
route it is probably best to set up different applications so they each only
have two build profiles (one for live, one for development).
If you do this, each module would need to have a separate run profile. These
run profiles create the application.axd which the axiant client uses on the
users desktop.
I would say keep it simple, one application, with two build profiles and two
run profiles. I have two applications though, the other is for powerhouse
web which has slightly different build profile.
