MPE 5.5 to 6.0 with PH 7.29 and PH 8.19

We went from 5.5 to 6.0 sometime last winter. Everything was already using
8.19.C4 (a y2k effort) so I can't comment on 7.29 but from a PowerHouse
point of view the OS upgrade was a non-event.

It was spectacularly uneventful! But then MPE shops expect this :-)
