Here it is, I did not post it to the list when I sent it to Karen as it was
posted previously on 18 Oct 2001.


And a very fine bit of code it is too !! 

The October post was in response to my query on the same subject. With very
few modifications (we even kept Jeff's temp names!) it became production
code until the people that program our Air Traffic Management computers were
able to generate fixed width files for us to use.
