What exactly does "predefined" mean?

Actually, it can be used more than once in a structure so long as you never
want to access the data at those locations.  PDL will give you a warning in
most versions of the products for this, but it should still work.  Or -
create a USAGE yourself for FILLER, there's no reason why you can't create
your own usages.

Well, FILLER is not very useful then. Not predefined. Can be used only
