Clear All not working in an Internal Quick procedure

Hi fellow listers,

I have an internal procedure that is coded as follows:

> Clear All
> While Retrieving <dataset>
>   Begin
>      Run Command <element> Of <dataset>
>   End ; While Retrieving
> Refresh All

It looks as if the 'Clear All' is not working.
I've even tried using 'Clear Screen' but it still don't work.
Anybody know why?

Environment is 819c5 running under MPE/iX 6.5
