ADMINISTRAVIA: powerh-l list has changed list management software

The powerh-l@lists.swau.edu list has now been changed to the new list
management software, GNU's Mailman.  Web based subscription and archives
are now available through the website that should be mentioned at the
bottom of all messages received from the list from now on.

Some of you may still be receiving your "welcome to the
list" messages.  That message contains details for subscription, including
your password.

The posting address is still powerh-l@lists.swau.edu, but the
subscription change address has changed.  Take note of that change in the
footer of this message.

This new software adds the useful features of web subscription and web
accessible archives.  It also should make my job of list manager easier as
far as dealing with things like bouncing addresses and the like.

Thank you for your appreciation of my efforts regarding this mailing
list.  Your thanks are very appreciated.
