On Tuesday, I needed some help with QCOBLIB,  COGNOS utility that creates a
COBOL copylib from a PHD, but I was not sure of the syntax, etc. I have not used
QCOBLIB for maybe 10 years.

Because of dire predictions of a crippling storm in Massachusetts, the Governor
declared a State of Emergency, and businesses closed down. Thus, I was
unexpectedly working from home, away from my PowerHouse manuals and this
wonderful Powerh-L discussion list. I found the COGNOS Web Site, found the
number of the Ottawa office and called Bob Deskin. (Bob has helped me over many
a hurdle during more years than I care to think about.) In a very few minutes,
he gave me the answer I needed, and I was on my way.

Bob, many thanks for your help.

(Now don't everyone try that or Bob might be overwhelmed.)

By the way, in case anyone needs to use QCOBLIB, you will have to recompile your
PHD back to Powerhouse 7.29 which is the latest PowerHouse version with which
the program was distributed or back to whatever is the version where you find
QCOBLIB on your system. Set a file equation and run QCOBLIB.
