Bolding and Italics in Powerhouse reports

Just a little improvement on Conrad's suggestion:
DEF escn INT*3 UNS SIZE 1 = 27
DEF esc CHAR*1 = CHAR(escn)
This way you don't need to worry whether to use [1:1] or [2:1], which varies
by platform.
