Wrap Function Not Working In Quiz

I have experienced this problem before in a similar type report.  The
work-around I used was to play with the 'RESERVING n LINES', 'SKIP ""' and
other formatting tools until I found the 'right' combination to solve the
problem.  I'm sorry I can't be more specific or provide an explicit example
as this was 2 or 3 years ago.

I am creating a letter and am trying to use the wrap function.  I have more
than one item I am trying to wrap.  The first one prints correctly but the
others don't.  I have been to Cognos' support site and have seen that they
acknowledge there is a problem.  However, they do not list a workaround.  Is
there a workaround, and if so, what is it?  I am using version 8.19.C2.
