AXIANT question data dictionary not found

Have'nt used the product in some time, and am just trying to put a simply little app together for personal use, but when I try to create XBASE files I get this 
error which makes me feel very stupid.  
Can anyone point me in the right direction.
By the way I've deleted all the object connections are reconnected everythingE* No valid data dictionary was specified.
