RMS keys will be in ascii code order, unless you use collating sequences.
These are detailed in the NCS manual, supported by RMS (and sort), settable
by FDL, and are intended for exactly this (ie, sorting aacute etc to be next to
a. Powerhouse won't notice the different RMS ordering. Powerhouse sort won't
offer that facility.
