Axiant question

Hi Steve,
With Axiant 3.0 any combination of the Ctrl, Alt, and Shift keys together
with any regular keyboard key or any "special" key (such as function keys F2
thru F24, PgUp, PgDn, etc.) can be used to define a shortcut you to a
command or command set that you have defined (or inherited) in a screen
program's Command Section.
It is always a good idea to be consistent with your usage of shortcuts, and
remember to also make the commands and command sets available to the user
though menu items too -- where you can label them with the available
shortcut, so that the users start to remember them as they initially drive
your application via the menus that you have provided.
In case you haven't discovered it yet, you can also create a keyboard
shortcut for your users to access particular fields in your screen program
form. Simply put the & character in front of the letter in the label
associated with the data field that you want to form the keyboard shortcut
to that field (when used in conjunction with the Alt key).
For example, changing the Text property of the label associated with a field
from "Customer No" to "Customer &No" will result in the "N" of "No"
appearing underlined on the form (indicating to users that Alt+N is the
shortcut), and when the program is run and the Alt and N keys are depressed
together the user will be prompted to enter a value for the associated data
field (if it is valid to do so at the time).
Best regards,
Conrad

Subject: Axiant question
I am doing a pilot conversion from Powerhouse on AIX to Axiant 3.0. In the
Powerhouse screens on AIX, we use function keys extensively to perform
operations such as F9 = skip all, designer proc. Is there a way in Axiant
to assign two different commands to either a button or a function key. I
have looked through commands and events and could not determine how to do
this.
Thank you for your assistance,
