This message may be out of context, nevertheless, here I go...
I am desperately looking for a consultant with the following skills and
years of experience.

ARIS---------------->01-03 Yrs.
~
COGNOS IMPROMPTU---->01 yr
~
PL/SQL-------------->01-03 Yrs.
~
SQL----------------->04-06 Yrs.
~
Below are the comments from the manager as to what "ARIS" is.  I hope this
is
helpful.

"ARIS stands for Adverse Reaction Information System.  It is a package
written in C++.  I am not looking for C++ resources, but rather resources
that have specifically worked with ARIS."
~
Paying top $$$$ for this project which is in Chicago for a minimum 8 Months
period.
