If your version of Quiz supports a choose statement that accepts the
SYSTEMVALUE syntax, then you could set a system value (VAX logical name or
symbol, UNIX environment variable) to the values to be chosen. The
systemvalue can then be used to feed the choose statement, but also can be
used as the value of a define item. You can report the define item any way
you like, including a NOREPORT statement.
Of course, you have to do some work in the script that runs the report so
the user's input is compiled into the environment variable. A loop, a
prompt and string manipulation should do it.

Subject: QUIZ: CHOOSE depts PARM RANGE Auditing
Has anyone found or developed a technique to "audit" or "report" all
the values entered in a QUIZ run for example: a CHOOSE dept PARM RANGE
PROMPT "Enter Department(s)"? Note these values may or may not be
Choosen within the run.
I've been mulling over trying to build a temporary file of the entered
values but not able to come up with a technique. Simple is the
byword!
