Converting QDD to PDL - Web Enable Dict?

G'day Blair

You could use the GEN option of QSHOW to create a TXT file then edit it with
a HTML editor to put in the title, format tags, links (named locations) and
menu.  A decent text editor such as TextPad should be able to do most of the
work for you via macros.
