Field editing in QUICK

<ctrl>-b will display the old text, then take you to then end of the
entry field.

I don't know all the specifics, I'm sure someone else out here does.

I've noticed on some screens, a <ctrl>-b will bring up the old text
immediately, on other screens, a <ctrl>-b<CR> is required.  You can then
navigate with arrows, or backspace, and type over or insert text.
