John,

Thanks for your note and for the information about the currency of the COGHELP
program. We do have COGHELP in other groups in the COGNOS account, but the file
COGHLIB is required, and that one I cannot find. Any suggestions? I would still
prefer to have this material on a Web Site in a manner similar to the HPe3000
documentation.

Check that program COGHELP exists in the group from which you're running the
rest of the PH components. I seem to remember it's not being on the tape for
8.19. Just copy the most recent one you've got into the 8.19 group and
online help should work again. I don't think it's changed since 6.09
(shudder) so anything more recent than that should work.
